Place an Offer on Your Dream Property in North Cyprus

Once you have found a suitable property we will put your offer to the seller verbally. Any offer in North Cyprus is subject to contracts being signed and searches being carried out by your lawyer.

You will be required to produce a non refundable holding deposit to take the property off the market. Holding deposits vary from £1,500 – £5,000 depending on the property value.
