There is currently no financial institution in TRNC that provides foreigners with the opportunity of raising a mortgage in accordance with North Cyprus property procedures. To offset this we market a number of projects that provide developer finance, but many customers choose to raise capital on their assets in the UK or other country of residence.

As the political situation eases and reunification comes closer, though, it is expected that mortgage services for foreigners will come into effect in North Cyprus; once the restrictions on the TRNC are removed, investment in properties in North Cyprus should receive more substantial state interest.
